I grew up in a tradition where questions were tolerated but rarely welcomed. For a long time, I kept mine quiet until they became too loud to ignore.
My search led me far from where I started: into mysticism, contemplative practice, depth psychology, indigenous teachings, and the wisdom threaded through spiritual traditions I hadn't grown up with. Along the way, my teachers were Carl Jung, Thomas Moore, Ram Dass, Thomas Merton, and great mystics. It was not for their answers, but for how they stayed with the questions. What I found wasn't a new set of certainties. It was a different way of listening, to my own experience, to the sacred, and to what life was actually asking of me.
I know what it is to be spiritually homeless. To have outgrown one way of believing without knowing yet what comes next. To long for something real without having words for what that is.
That experience is at the heart of everything I offer.
Today I work as an ordained interspiritual minister and spiritual companion. I don't tell people what to believe. My role is to walk beside you while you find your own way honoring your questions, your doubts, your longing, and the particular wisdom your life has already given you.
You don't need a tradition. You don't need certainty. You only need the willingness to listen to what's stirring.

MY STORY
How I came to this work.
Like many who come here, I spent years searching for a place where my deepest questions could be held without being tidied away. I found that place, in time, in the quiet practice of being companioned by another.
What I received in those slow, sacred hours changed me. This work is my way of offering the same hospitality back into the world one conversation at a time.
MY APPROACH
Listening as a practice.
I draw from contemplative spirituality, the wisdom of many traditions, and the simple discipline of paying attention. I hold no fixed map for your life only a deep respect for the one already unfolding within you.
Sessions are gentle, unhurried, and shaped around your pace. You are welcome to bring whatever you carry.
